NICL Assistant 2024 Selection Process
As per the NICL Assistant 2024 Selection Process, all candidates will have to appear for the online Preliminary & Main examination, thereafter; candidates qualifying the Main examination will be further shortlisted for Regional Language Test.

NICL Assistant Prelims Exam Pattern 2024

- NICL Assistant Prelims Exam consisting of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice type Questions)
- There are 3 sections in the online examination namely English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude
- Duration of the exam allotted is 60 minutes (1 Hour)
- There is a sectional timing of 20 Minutes for each section
- There are total 100 questions and each carry 1 mark
- For each incorrect responses there is a negative marking of 1/4 marks

Note: To move forward, candidates must pass each part of the test. The company will decide how many people from each state and category will be chosen for the next round of the exam. This number will be about 15 times the number of open positions, but it can change depending on how many people apply.

- There are 5 sections in the NICL Assistant Phase 2 Exam.

Note: The final list of candidates will be made based on their marks in the NICL Main Exam. Only those who pass the Regional Language Test will be considered. The list will be in descending order of marks. The number of people on the list will be equal to the number of job openings. All candidates on the list will be offered jobs if they pass a medical exam.
NICL Assistant Regional Language Test 2024
People who pass the online main exam will be invited to take a regional language test. The test will be held at specific places, and the details (location, time, and date) will be posted on our website. If you’re applying for a job in a different state than where you live, you must take the language test for that state.
Passing the regional language test is important, but it won’t affect your final score. Your final ranking will be based on your online main exam score, as long as you pass the language test. You’ll need to have a high enough score to be chosen for the next part of the hiring process.
